Together we design the coaching programme to meet your objectives, agreeing intended outcomes and benefits and how the coaching programme will be evaluated and reviewed, preserving individual confidentiality.

Strategic consultancy and leadership development
Working together we can design consultancy assignments or projects to help you develop or deliver strategy, plan organisational changes or org development, and improve purpose-led outcomes, especially sustainability outcomes.
I use a coaching-based approach alongside delivery so you can do this yourselves in future.
I can also work directly with you to plan, design and deliver leadership development through programmes of training, facilitated workshops or coaching for teams, groups or individuals.
To help you develop and deliver every aspect of your strategy, I also collaborate with a wide range of sustainability, strategy and business experts. These offer specialist support in everything from carbon accounting, planning, governance, digital systems, elearning training development, nature-based solutions, B Corp and other certifications, monitoring, reporting, engagement and communications.
Drawing on decades of project management and supplier integration experience, I can orchestrate and deliver any additional support you need for larger projects. I may also support through a partner organisation you have engaged.
