Your personal information, our discussions and records will be protected and kept strictly confidential in line with GDPR legislation and the EMCC code of ethics as a minimum unless there is a legal or safeguarding obligation to disclose.  There may be additional confidentiality agreements with specific organisations. 

Your details and discussion are not shared by me with line management or anyone else.  Your individual confidentiality is preserved when I report on overall organisational outcomes and emerging themes of coaching programmes.
