My coaching is conducted according to global standards of highest quality professional coaching and mentoring practice, in line with the EMCC global code of ethics for coaches and mentors.
I am fully qualified and accredited for senior and executive level coaching (ILM Level 7). My coaching qualifications are supported by Senior Leadership qualifications and decades of leadership, coaching and mentoring experience.
My coaching practice is professionally supervised, by Claire Bradshaw, as this is best practice for professional coaches of all levels of experience.
Feedback from coaching clients to date is unanimously positive on all aspects of their coaching experience with me, including rankings against international standards of coaching behaviour.
I have professional indemnity insurance for all coaching and consulting activities.
